Income Disclosure Statement
Published, and presented with every presentation of the compensation plan.
How this is computed
The denominator is everyone
Most income disclosures are criticised for one thing: dividing by the people who earned rather than the people who joined. This one does not.
Every member who existed during the year is counted, non-earners are included at zero in every percentile, and a member whose clawbacks exceeded their earnings counts as zero rather than as a negative — which would otherwise flatter the average.
The statement
There is no data yet
The programme has not launched and has no members, so every figure below is a placeholder. It renders from live data once there is any, and must not be published with invented numbers or before a full period has completed.
| For the year ending [TBD] | Amount |
|---|---|
| Members enrolled during the year | [TBD] |
| Members who earned nothing | [TBD] |
| Members who earned more than zero | [TBD] |
| Median earnings, all members | [TBD] |
| Mean earnings, all members | [TBD] |
| 90th percentile | [TBD] |
| 99th percentile | [TBD] |

What these figures mean
- Figures are gross commissions before costs. They do not deduct what a member paid for packages, nor travel, events, advertising or any other expense of running the business.
- Commissions accrue in USD and settle in the token at the price on the day of claim. The figures are amounts credited, not the value ultimately received.
- These are not projections. Past distribution does not indicate what any individual will earn.
- Most members earn little or nothing. Anyone considering joining should assume they will be in that group.
The gap we intend to close
This computation produces gross earnings only. It does not yet publish what members spent, even though every purchase is recorded.
That is the most common criticism of these documents, and it bites harder here because packages are how members enter: a member's net position can be deeply negative while their disclosed income is positive. We intend to publish net position — commissions earned less package cost — over the same denominator.
How this must be used
- This statement must be presented with any presentation of the compensation plan — in person, on a call, in a video, in a chat group, on a slide.
- In writing it appears in full. In a presentation it appears on screen long enough to be read. In a video it is on screen, not only in the description.
- It may not be summarised, excerpted, or reduced to its most flattering line.
- No distributor may supplement it with their own figures, screenshots or examples.
